my ipod

Joe went to a conference for a few days and brought me back a CD. This is the first song on it, I love it. I know I keep putting songs on here but they are good and sometimes I just dont want to write.

When we lived in Florida we lived in a retirement community. One thing I loved about living down there is theyhad the BEST christian radio station. I love listening to sermons during the day. I’m sure I was the only person under 75 tuning into 106.3 but I was a groupy. Long story short, there’s no preaching stations up here that are good. My brother just bought me an ipod and a guy from church downloaded over a hundred sermons on it for me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It’s a great way to be in the Word while doing things like swinging the baby outside or folding laundry, or going on a walk. If you dont have an ipod, get one. Then find someone to show you how to use it, then find someone to download sermons on it, then LISTEN to the sermons. Here is an AMAZING sermon I heard a few days ago on modesty.  http://www.sermonaudio.com/sermoninfo.asp?SID=12908209345

I dont know how to make a transition of talking about sermons to talking about pedicures. So just follow me here. Have any of you ladies bought the Ped Egg for your feet? It’s AMAZING! My friend Davina told me about it and it is so much better than the scraper razor blade my friends from college used.  If you have manly feet, I suggest your buy one. You will love it and so will your husband. There’s never a time in your marriage your feet should touch your husbands leg in the bed and he says OUCH… Tomorrow Silas turns 1. I’ll try to get some pictures up here of him eating his cake. Sad to say he’s already experienced the taste of cake, and ice cream, and few other things I would have NEVER let my firstborn have.

Do not worry

“It has been well said that no man ever sank under the burden of the day. It’s when tomorrow’s burden is added to the burden of today...
